                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHATTANOOGA CITY CODE, 
                   PART II, SECTION 24-504, RELATIVE TO ONE-WAY 
                   STREETS.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That:
       	    	 SECTION 1.  Chattanooga City Code, Part II, Section 
       24-504, as amended, be and the same is hereby amended so as to 
       delete the following:
            Mable Street, southwardly from 8th Street to 9th Street
            
       	    	 SECTION 2.  This Ordinance shall be effective two (2) 
       weeks from and after its passage as provided by law.
